As I worked here before, I talked to the workers freely and seek for work that should be done by me. The supervisor gave me the works and I started to do Visa application for the customers and I managed to know the hardships to survive in tourism industry. I was taught to make reservation for accommodation world widely. It was something new to me and I managed to learn and it will be useful for me in the future.
