The Public Library does this by using logos because they provide stuff to use and maker around the makerspace.          <description><![CDATA[<div>In the article or news story, Making the Grade: how schools are using makerspaces, published or reported in March 2016 by Ellen Ullman, she claims that an&nbsp;elementary school started using makerspaces and the students love it and have so much fun learning with makerspaces.&nbsp;Ullman, does this by&nbsp;using statistics and logos&nbsp;because she recorded the students behavior with old school items and when they had the makerspaces and the makerspaces were way better than school stuff.&nbsp;&nbsp;Ultimately, they are informing the reader that makerspaces are very useful and help with learning because it makes people want to learn.</div>]]></description>

Cooper does this by using logos because she is providing reasonable examples to show people that makerspaces are better than average learning.
