Bo Weber says, “As a child, Michael Jackson had worn his hair in an afro, making him look taller. But in 1984, his hair and scalp caught fire during the filming of a Pepsi commercial, causing the celebrity to have permanent hair loss. After, he wore wigs to conceal his balding (musicinminnesota.com). He also had many exotic pets over his lifetime including llamas, apes, giraffes, and elephants. Wrong. Michael was accused of child molestation multiple times. Most of these accusations came from his home, a theme park called “Neverland Ranch.” These charges were eventually dropped, but they tarnished Jackson’s career forever. He was also accused of bleaching his skin and having plastic surgery. He admitted to the plastic surgeries, but said that he didn’t even know bleaching skin was something a person could do. Jackson said he had vitiligo and that was why his skin was so light. Many people didn’t believe him, but his autopsy report later revealed that what he said was true(biography.com).

On June 25, 2009 Jackson died of cardiac arrest due to a drug overdose. He would have been 50 years old at the time(brittanica.com).
