         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is a traditional breakfast imported to Taiwan in the late 1940's. It's called Shao-bing-you-tiao （燒餅油條）. Shao-bing is the outside oven-baked bread-ish thing. You-tiao is the fried-twist that is also made of flour and was deep fried. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The texture of Bean-curd (豆花）is similar to silky tofu. Many people now knows of bubble-tea, which is a Taiwanese invention. The bubbles goes on this cold Bean-curd with shaved ice is a very refreshing dessert. Locals also enjoyed eating green tomatoes dipped with special sweet-sour sauce.</div>]]></description>
