My goal was brought to light when I read Chapter 1, Take care of yourself. Due to caring for aging parents and a one year old, my "office" space is invaded constantly in the past 2 years since 4 generations moved in together. In going through the chapter, I already knew I had compassion fatigue for my parents. I now see the trauma I have experienced is imapcting other areas of my life.
