They are from different countries but they can share at the same time, the same place, feelings, emotions, etc. However, in this first season (the second one is coming: it is going to be on TV on May!), they are persecuted by those who consider them as a threat and want to maintain the control of the world and consider them.

His friends, with the help of Will's family and Eleven -a powerful and magic girl-, try to find him. But they have to face magic and strange situations and also have to confront a governmental organization which is involucrated in the Will disappearance too.
In my view, this is a thrilling and emotional series, with a great interpretation of the actors. Sranger Things is also fascinating because it is contextualized in the 80s American society. The series shows the present life of this family (that is, the day to day of triplets -Kate, Kevin and Randall- when they are already adults) and also the past life of them (when they were children and their father was still alive).
I think it is an amazing series because it is a portrait of the real life, which is full of problems but also of happy moments. According to this feminist historian of art, Linda Nochlin, there have been no great women artist because of the social and historical context. That means, as role of women and men traditionally were so defined and women had to charge of house and being a good mother and wife, they were removed from art's institutions and art's schools. Therefore, although we can find some great woman artists in Art History (Artemisia Gentileschi, Berthe Morisot, etc.), they are minority not because of their talent but because there have been no equality and the same opportunities for women.

There, Bruno, who has no idea about what is happening with Jewish people, meets Shmuel, a Jewish boy who lives on this camp. They become friends and live an innocent and strong friendship.
This is an interesting novel above all because the tragedy of Holocaust is showed  from the perspective of little and innocent boys.

But this changes when she meets Carol, a sophisticated housewife. They both will start an intense and complicated love story.
I strongly recommend this novel because it is a classic book in lesbian literature which breaks with stereotypes of lesbian relationship (Carol was published in 1952, when there were a lot of prejudices related to homosexuality) and because the story explained is so moving.

Luckily, I have a friend (Noelia) who has to do the same journey as me every day. Then, we talk during the journey and, in this way, they are less dull. Moreover, as she is studying for Advanced English Exam, our conversations are usually in English. Middle Ages in the British Museum". It was exhibited some objects, paintings and sculptures from Middle Ages. It was an interesting experience because we visited the exposition with an audio guide in English. This is one of the subjects that I studied during the degree's second trimester and it consisted on working about Renaissance and Baroque's Art. That Wednesday, we had the class in the museum, where Tobias, the teacher, told us in English (the language of this subject) about that medieval gothic paintings which have some Flemish or Renaissance features, such as "Virgin of the 'Consellers'" by Lluís Dalmau and "Epiphany" by Fernando Gallego. Mirabet is a Catalan singer but his songs are in English. So, my friends and I, who love his music a lot, sang the most songs played in the concert, such as "Those Little Things" (a well-known song because it was the BSO of Estrella Damm's advert in 2016) or "Happy Days". It was a great experience!
