Use AI to figure out the bright spots in elder care and aging in the US. Care is expensive, health workers are mostly underpaid and overworked, and family caregivers are stressed to the limit. So many people are in dire circumstances taking care of loved ones with long-term illnesses or at end of life.

Ideas - share our images of the future and what themes are there - Optimism, contribution/be of service to others, being curious, impact of marginalized population, uplifted impacted communities, desiring change positively impactufl>. How to stay connected: get together locally in smaller AI group to share what they are doing - being a mentor group for each other (informally). How do we appeal to a wider demographic (age, race, etc). Perhaps less 'academic' centric ??? using Social Media more .. using artificial intelligence to help generate the volume.

As someone who does both, Agile is a great model for how to do this, by creating the ‘Agile Mindset’ mantra they’ve used the mindset as a lever (Donella Meadows, I salute you) to get the mindset in the door.

Think about PROSCI... it's just one way of doing change management but they're everywhere... some positions REQUIRE certification

Fix healthcare and elder care and also to reform K-12/higher ed. Also discussed how to do this in the context of the “other AI”.
