What are the requirements for data collection this year as we have no more focus schools?

Interested participants are encouraged to complete the first step of registration (using this form) by this Wednesday, August 15, in order to increase the chances that all enrollment steps can be completed before the first day of class. Later entries may not be processed in time, which could delay registration until the Spring 2025 semester.

Teachers who were on the original COE allocation list have not received emails from UCB. When should they expect to receive an email from UCB about their registration status for the Foundations course?

COE Nominees had to complete this form in order to initiate enrollment. If they haven't received instructions for enrollment, they either 1) did not complete the form, or 2) are in a limited number of counties where the final enrollment step is on hold (now only Alameda and Sacramento).

COE leads previously received an email from UCB about their recommended teachers who had not completed both steps. When should we expect this notification so we can nudge our educators?

- Unless you directed us otherwise, all nominees (primary and waitlist) have been offered a spot in the course.
If there are nominees from your county that have not taken any steps to enroll as of August 12, you’ll find their names on Tab 2.
