| Because she explained how the billing works & appears on the bill, even though I don't agree of how it appears on the bill. I've called Duke about this before. The Customer Service Rep, the bill & my bank account say three different things about the bill. The rep says it was paid, the bill says it wasn't, & the bank has no record. I've never experienced this from any other power co. Why don't you just print what was paid & what is owed, instead of printing what was due, what was paid (you said $0 was paid when it was), & then adding it to the current bill, which makes it look like I owe twice of what my bill actually is when I open the envelope! My last bill was approx. $225, & my new one is $195. Instead of printing what I owe ($195), you add the $225 (which I already paid & you said I didn't) to make it look like I owe $425!

Levelyn was a pleasure to work with. She understood the situation and did her best to make it right. Makai the store manager needs to be retrained on how to explain policies to customers. He shrugs it off and has the attitude of a back alley street deal which is unacceptable and leaves a foul taste. If they feel they are above answering customers questions they should not hold that position.
