         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tennis<br>- Hand/Arm Flexibly/Strength<br>- Balance<br>- Pace<br><br>Tennis is a sport that requires multiple physical components. flexibility, strength, pace/speed, body composition, balance and many more. All this is important because if a person is week in one component, they wont be able to perform well. Flexibility is important for hand movement to receive and hit the ball back in multiple movement. Balance and pace coordinate, because where we are running around the court to receive the ball, we need balance to stay up and not to fall down, even when hitting the ball, it requires strength and balance because if the opposite person shoots it a high speed, we will need balance and strength so that the ball doesn't push us away.&nbsp;<br><br>Badminton:&nbsp;<br>- Speed/Pace<br>- Eye coordination<br>- Timing.&nbsp;<br>- Flexibility <br><br>Badminton requires the same amount of&nbsp;component for tennis but it uses less force. Badminton requires a lot of components and the one mentioned above are not all. Badminton is a high intensity sport which requires, speed, power, agility, flexibility of hand and eye coordination and endurance. This is all required because it is needed. Without one these components, a person wouldn't be able to play with a good performance. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Flexibility is required throughout the game to maintain the necessary movement. The coordination component is very crucial enabling the player to see the tennis ball and lift it against the opponent. <br>&nbsp;<br></em><strong><em><mark>Badminton.&nbsp;</mark></em></strong></div><ul><li><em>Agility &amp; Speed</em></li><li><em>Flexibility &amp; Balance&nbsp;</em></li><li><em>Coordination &amp; Cardiovascular Endurance&nbsp;</em></li></ul><div><em>Badminton - A racquet sport to hit the shuttlecock across and beyond the net. Badminton also requires different types of components including agility, speed, flexibility, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. Speed and agility enable the player to move within and beyond the court in order to return the shuttlecock via speed. In any sport, flexibility reduces the risk of getting injury so as in this sport.          <description><![CDATA[<div><em>29/03/2021 Monday.<br></em><em><mark>Important notes/rules for badminton games adapted from the gameplay shared. </mark></em><em><br><br>Badminton is known to be a racket sport played in singles or in doubles. In order for you as an individual to win the badminton game against the opponent, it's very important to tackle shots from the opposite side and win a set you need to score 21 points more than the opponent. If you want to score a point against the opponent basically you must hit the shuttlecock in the right manner using the racket and avoid any movement or touch with the net it must be above the net. The badminton court is 13.4 m long and 6.1m wide in size and in regards to the net size from the ground it is 1.55m above the ground. Badminton is a rally game going back and forth. There are some famous shots in the badminton game which are as the following forehand, backhand, slice, touch or net, and smash. During the badminton game, you are not allowed to touch the net at any cost or chance. You can hit a shuttlecock twice. You cannot hit a shot or lift the shuttlecock outside the area of play. Faults there are some rules made for the game if you break any of those at any chance that results in fault. Badminton is known to be an fast typical sport. There is a toss before the game which decides who will start off first similarly in cricket. Players must serve diagonally above the net.&nbsp;</em></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em><mark>3 most important components a player needs to have while playing Badminton and Tennis<br><br></mark></em></strong><em>Badminton:&nbsp;<br>-Agility<br>-Endurance<br>-Coordination and focus<br><br>It is extremely important to have the mentioned above components in you, in order to play professional badminton. These components as also mentioned above include Agility, Endurance and Coordination and focus.&nbsp;<br><br>Starting with talking about agility, I think its the most important due to badminton requires you to constantly move from one direction to the other to hit the shuttle cock. Lack of agility would make it difficult for you to easily move around to hit the cock and that you would certainly lose the point and ultimately the game. This is why agility is the most important.&nbsp;<br><br>Furthermore comes endurance which is again as important as agility. Agility and endurance are both interdependent, because if you&nbsp; do not have endurance, you won't have enough energy and if you dont have enough energy you won't be able to move around quickly or in other words be agile. Similarly if you are not agile enough it means you lack endurance, thus these two components are very important in order to win a badminton match.&nbsp;<br><br>Lastly, coordination and focus, which are again one of the most important components you need to have when playing badminton. The coordination of your hand, eye and the shuttle cock need to be perfect in order to be able to hit the cock, and this perfection can only come if you are focused. When looking at the cock coming towards your racquet, your eyes need to be focused on the base of the cock and that eye focus should then coordinate with the hand holding the racquet and this would help you make a hit to the opponent.&nbsp;<br><br>Tennis<br>- Strength&nbsp;<br>- Agility<br>&nbsp;-Endurance&nbsp;<br><br>Tennis is almost like badminton but the only difference is that it has some different rules and is played with a tennis ball. This sport, just like badminton also requires you to be good at some components like strength, endurance and agility.&nbsp;<br><br>Starting with strength, I think it is important to be string enough to play this sport because, unlike badminton, this sport requires you to hit a ball that is heavier than shuttle cock. It is not that simple to hit the ball well to the opponent without strength, which is why strength is important for this sport.&nbsp;<br><br>Furthermore, agility, just like badminton and for the same reasons is important in tennis. You need to move around the court to be able to hit the ball just like you need to do to hit a shuttle cock in badminton. Without agility it is almost impossible to be able to win a tennis match as you won't be able to move around quick.&nbsp;<br><br>Lastly, endurance, again same as for badminton and for the same reasons, it is important. As i mentioned above for badminton and about the interdependence of endurance and agility, the same applies for tennis. if you do not have energy you wont be able to move around quick and the same works the other way around. </em></div>]]></description>

In 30 minutes I did exercise such as high knees, heel taps, scissor kicks, lunge, knee raise, and knee press. I did take a 4-minute break in between. After completing doing the exercise I had leg muscle pain due to the fact I didn't exercise for about a long period.
