They created beautiful textiles, ceramics, and metal sculptures. Which is what they're mostly recognized for. Their beautiful textiles featured bright colors and detailed designs. They also used gold and silver to make objects such as masks and structures like llamas.

These are called Inca masonry which is basically stonework are such good quality if you go to Cuzco the buildings there are still being used today.

There were two major highways that ran the length of the empire which formed the basis of the road system. The roads were built across coasts, deserts, forests, grasslands, plains, and mountains. They were mostly for transportation, communication, and government administration. The roads across mountains and deserts were paved with stone. Even though the roads were just 3-6 feet wide they allowed people on foot and llamas.
