This lovely building used to be a emperors place that combined a summer house and a romans military camp. The palace was spilt into 4 different areas with 2 main streets. The south part of this place was for the emperors apartment and where they decided on the appropriate governmental and religious ceremonies. The north side was built for all the military things likes, imperial guards, servants and more.

Hvar is known and has one of the most beautiful beaches. The towns are small and by the seaside. It’s very island lifestyle which in my opinion is one of the best lifestyles. The temperatures in the winter is not too cold but no to hot. There are surprisingly a lot of ferry routes from mainland Croatia to Hvar.

There are so many different types of foods in Croatian Cuisines, but here some the best ones. Number 1 is Bordetto(the one in the picture). The seafoods in here are usually the seafoods the fisherman catch that day. This dish takes about 1-2 days to stew and have all the flavor come out. Number 2 is Fritule. This is a donut like pastry. This dish is traditionally severed on holidays and you usually find them year round. Number 3 is Fuži and pljukanci. This dish is a homemade pasta dish that is made by wrapping dough around a Handel of a wooden spoon. It is often severed with Truffle sauce or red sauce that has beef, chicken, and more.
