Company admin briefing about company background then explains to us about the daily task. For example, the procedure of daily check in.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Orientation</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Then, she leads us on an office tour and introduces every location and department to us.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; She hosts the orientation to let us know about company’s benefits and the rules during working hours.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; She also explains the uses of intranet for our company.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>2023 Global Ethics &amp; Compliance Training Certificate</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; This is a compulsory assignment given by human resource department for all new workers to be done.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; It consists of 4 parts which are global code of ethics certificate, data privacy certificate, trade compliance certificate and information security awareness certificate.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; All of the assignments are given quiz in order to get the certificate to prove the participation.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Data Privacy Certificate</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; This training provides a foundational understanding of what is personal data, our obligations when we process it and importance to protect it.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; We will also take a look at some country-specific data privacy laws.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>FATDF</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Colleague from local finance team sends me an email to request for transfer of asset from a cost centre to another cost centre.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; FATDF is a form called Fixed Asset Transfer/ Divestment Form which is a record for the asset as a proof for the further transaction.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; My senior teaches me how to prepare FATDF for the asset and the information given in Powerpoint that prepared by local finance team.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Create new asset in SAP</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Senior teaches how to create new asset number in SAP as a record to start depreciation when the FARF got approved by the asset owner.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The information such as location, depreciation method, asset number, asset owner, asset name are all included in the FARF to be record in SAP as well.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; After the asset got created, the SAP will automatically generate an asset number for the asset and start depreciation.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Cost centre information update</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In all the FARF that prepared, the cost centre might have new code as the company is big and separate in different location.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The local finance team send me an update of cost centre list because there are some new cost centre codes.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; This is important for the record purpose of asset because it shows the location of the asset and the calculation of cost will be based on that as well.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Looking for invoice</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The invoice in the SAP accounting software is quite complicated to find because it has its own T-code.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In compare with this, the invoice in shared drives is much easier as it is compiles in file and separated by years and months.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; For certain year, the invoices are not prepared in shared drives because the management decides not to put it into shared drives.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Since onwards, we need to look for invoice from SAP accounting software.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Change location for asset in SAP accounting software</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; My senior teaches me to use Robot to change the location for asset by just prepare an Excel file.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; For those assets that need to be changed, the information is put into the Excel file following the format.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; With this, we transfer the Excel file into the Robot laptop and run it with the software.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The SAP accounting software will require me to type in my accounts and it will automatically run after.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Different method of accounting for different country</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Another senior pass me a task which is create sub number for child asset.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; This case is slightly different because they create this sub number for child asset as a sub for parent asset just for its depreciation calculation, but not the tangible child asset.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; So, my senior passes me an Excel file which contains the sub number to be created for the factory in China.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Then, I update all in SAP accounting software.</p>]]></description>
