EN MI ESTADO: En Puebla más del 30% de especies ya se extinguió  y actualmente hay varias especies que están en peligro de extinción tales como :

> Rana arbórea de Puebla
>Espada de Necaxa
> Ratón Poblano
> Culebra café Poblana 
>  Ranita de Puebla 
> Dragoncito del sur de la Sierra Madre Oriental

En el caso de la fauna, se ha perjudicado el refugio que tenían algunas especies por la modificación del hábitat, hecho que ha ocasionado que se dé un desplazamiento de animales y reptiles. 
EN MI ESTADO: Las causas no son muy diferentes ya que todos son causados por el hombre ya que han movido a las especies de sus abitad, el tirar basura, desperdicio de agua, contaminación del aire y acciones tan comunes que hacen que la biodiversidad de Puebla baya el descenso
