I am in my final year if the Masters in Clinical Nursing program. I currently work as a Registered Nurse in a large private hospital in Melbourne and when I am not at work I am either studying or looking after my two little ladies who are 4 and 2. 

In my spare time, of which I have very little, I enjoy cooking for friends and Netflix marathons!

I am doing this unit as part of my Masters Health Administration. I would like  eventually use this qualification and experience in the area of Clinical Governance and Quality Improvement. 

When not studying, I enjoy camping, travelling, bushwalking, gardening and a good book.

When I was doing my UG degree (in health admin), I used to lay down across the back seat of my car which was in the (secured) yard so I could keep an eye on my children while studying. If they couldn't see me, they were fine. If they did see me, they wanted attention. Now that they are adults, I am glad that they still talk to me!! My name is Cephas (pronounced with a hard "C" or K and I am male). I am semi-retired having worked in clinical practice/management/education roles across mainland Australia until from 1974 to 2009 and since 2012 as a community Social Worker. 

Now working part-time as the Information and Data Co-ordinator for a Community Welfare/ Health Service in Canberra I am taking this course out of interest as a part of the Master of Health Administration with view to undertaking further research in a related field.
