I feel this program addresses the deficits we have seen with Pearson My Perspectives. The writing, word study, and grammar lessons are more cohesive. The literature selections are also still of high-quality and culturally diverse. The technology projects embedded in each unit teach 21st century skills. Some projects are repeated from grade to grade, which gives students the opportunity to really master a given task. The reason we did not choose to pilot this back when we chose Pearson, is because it was not published (program was released in Nov. 2019).

This program seems to incorporate the best of Pearson (workbook style, whole group-small group-independent work) and fills in the gaps regarding writing and grammar. It also seems to be much more user-friendly in locating resources and assessments.

I agree that HMH Into Reading seems a lot more cohesive in regards to how the reading and writing workshops are structured and related. It has all of the components, and the online piece looks easier to navigate as well.
