It does not use the Microsoft Word headings to differentiate section headings from regular text. Therefore, people who use screen readers can't navigate through the document by jumping from one heading to another to efficiently find the information they need. To access that information, students have to click on a URL within the syllabus that doesn't even mention disabilities. The DEIT can, ideally, successfully advocate for information about DRS to be relocated within the main syllabus, or at the very least, for the syllabus to guide students to that information more clearly.
