I used to think there would be greater pro-activeness in a service learning project, and people would work to automatically fill the gaps. Now I think there needs to be a bit more criticality in leadership, and there needs to be clear delegation of tasks so people know what is expected of them. In this way, people can all benefit from, and work towards the project together and fairly.
