When conjugating tú commands, the fastest way to make a negative it is to add an "s" to the end of the Usted command.
If you don't know the Usted commands, use this method to get a negative tú command:

Write the verb in present tense with a "Yo" conjugation
Remove the "o" from the end of the verb
Add "es" to the end for ar verbs or an "as" for er/ir verbs.
Have a "No" before the verb. For example: No hables.

Tú commands have the same irregulars as usted commands.
Some of the irregulars are the car/gar/zar verbs.

For a positive tú command, use the Present tense él/ella/usted conjugation. Por ejemplo: Estudia mucho.

The irregular verbs for positive tú commands are:

ser - sé
venir - ven
decir - di
salir - sal
hacer - haz
tener - ten
ir - ve
poner - pon

For conjugating an Usted command, use these steps:

Conjugate the verb in present tense Yo form

Nosotros commands are pretty simple; just use the nosotros conjugation of the present subjunctive tense!
For example:

Let's eat > Comamos

Negative commands are the same for nosotros, just add a "no".
For example:

let's not eat > No Comamos

Remember; for DOPs, IOPs, and reflexives only attach for positive commands.
Also take out the last "s" in the command if you're adding "nos" or "se" to your command.

The "ir" verb is a little different

positive : vamos
negative : no vayamos

irse :

positive : vámonos
negative : no nos vayamos
