Some people try so many things to try to get prcrastionation to leave andthey just want focus to hep them write but drinking, doing drugs, and have sex and stuff is what they try and that doesnt help them, authors and writers lives are very stressful they are always trying to do the best but if their books are well loved their audiance could be stressing them out saying they want to see more books from them pop up  and that can cause even more stress and anxiety. The video, however, is saying that if you don't immediately have an idea it is okay to have writers block, but don't give up.
