The first ideal outlines the idea that the main purpose of government should be to benefit the citizens governed.  This stems from John Locke's idea of a social Contract, stating that citizens would give up a small amount of freedom and privilege in order to be protected by the government.  
The second ideal states that people should be able to change their government if it is no longer serving its intended purpose.  If people are unhappy with the government's actions and policies, they should be able to influence and alter the government so that it is better able to suit the people's needs. 
Thirdly, Jefferson outlined the idea that citizens should be able to overthrow the government if it became to powerful, or if it served only to benefit other members of the government. 1.) "All men are created equal"
Jefferson states this many times throughout this writing. Referring to the way that the people have been treated by the government and how that is no way to live. 
2.) "Life Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness"
Meaning that people should have the right to pursue joy and live their lives in a way that makes them and their families happy. As long as nothing illegal happens or violating any laws. 
3.) And the third idea stating "-That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government." Meaning that if the people feel that their government is failing them and not doing what it is supposed to. Jefferson talks about how the king does not follow his own laws, and that he is able to commit certain acts that common citizens would be punished for.
2. Jefferson notes that the king has prevented lawmakers from putting policies into place until he gains power, but when the king gains the opportunity to attend to those lawmakers, he neglects to do so, leaving the policies unacknowledged.
3. He discusses how the king is trying to prevent the colonists from gaining any further territory, as he fears as though if the colonies become too large, the King will have less power over them.
4. The king has attempted to make the military completely separate from the people, giving them higher status than common citizens.
5. 2) For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world- This was when the King imposed the Navigation Acts. 
3) For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent- This was the whole idea of No taxation without representation. The colonists did not have representation in Parliament which would pass unfair taxes. 
4) For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments- This was when the King took away the government of the states and sent his own representatives over to run the colonies. 
5) For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States- In here he is talking about how the troops who murdered colonists would get away with it time and time again.

The crown has forbidden for their governors to pass laws of importance instead of the laws that were being passed which served no importance to the colonists.
2. The crown has forced legislative bodies to comply with whatever he is wanting or saying even if the body does not want to.
3. He has made judges dependent on his will alone so he has been in complete control not letting the judges think what they want they can only do things on his will.
4. He has sent officers to harass our people so the officers have been given orders to harass the people just because they didn't comply with the crown.
5. The British all of a sudden made the colonists give up their homes for the soldiers. It would be a lot better if the British asked the colonists but they made it a law which did not make the colonists happy. 
2.) Imposing taxes without Consent
This also really made the colonists mad because once again the British did not give them a say and just continued to tax them. 
3.) All of the police and laws put in place by the King
Once again the British parliament and King just started doing things and expected the colonists to follow suit and not having any issues. 
4.) Sent officers to harass people just because they did not agree and listen to the King.
Most of the things that the King was doing was only hurting the people and anyone who did not comply with this was harassed and sometimes even hurt.
5.) The King not following his own laws.
It is shown that most times the King chose not to listen and do the laws that he put in place.
