Behaviorism is a learning theory followed by many behaviorists, one of which is B. F Skinner. It incorporates the understanding of reciprocation of the stimulus to rewards and punishments. If an action is rewarded, it will be repeated most likely; however, if an action receives punishment, then it is most likely not going to be repeated.

Behavior is learned from the environment. Any act that is followed by a favourable effect is more likely to be repeated in similar situations were as an act followed by a punishment is less likely to be repeated. Learners are motivated with rewards to learn like praise, attention and encouragement.

The Learning theory of Behaviorism (J. B. Watson) explains that we are shaped by our environment, environment determines our behavior. People have different behavior pattern because we have different response tendencies, our response changes with different conditions in life. it is continuously changing and evolving. This theory says that a learner learns when incentives and rewards are offered, when instructions are repetitive and reinforced.
