Have you ever been so happy that you cried? It is like a rushing feeling of happiness that makes you want to smile, but at the same time cry tears of joy. Have you also been down in the dumps and tried to find a way to make light of the situation? It is like an overwhelming feeling of sadness that tries to take control over you, but you try your best to find a source of happiness. Both of these can be common situations that people may face in their daily lives while listening to music. Moreover, Sappiness should be apparent in music because it makes people reflect on their life and how they can compare it their past, present or even bring hope for the future. The effects of Sappiness can cause others to enlighten their emotions by beginning to remember certain memories that had sentimental value to them at some their point in their life.
