as a school, ask for feedback from all (students, parents, teachers, EAs) so we have context and can analyze where the biases exist (predict & prevent them)

research other schools/boards/countries key issues and their strategies, and question how we are different. May highlight systemic bias/discrimination.

collect & interpret the data (ask the questions, why do these patterns exist, and what can we do to change them?)

continuously seek change (as administrators, have a continuous improvement mindset)

seek historical/political knowledge & get comfortable talking about group identities
