         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>recognize when making a judgement or decision &amp; ask myself 'What is my conscious belief here?' and 'What are other possibilities/interpretations?'</p></li><li><p>ask ourselves why we are attracted to certain people, groups, things, and questioning why they are our favorites (tells us who we prefer and who we unconsciously do not)</p></li><li><p>as a school, ask for feedback from all (students, parents, teachers, EAs) so we have context and can analyze where the biases exist (predict &amp; prevent them)</p></li><li><p>research other schools/boards/countries key issues and their strategies, and question how we are different. May highlight systemic bias/discrimination. </p></li><li><p>collect &amp; interpret the data (ask the questions, why do these patterns exist, and what can we do to change them?)</p></li><li><p>continuously seek change (as administrators, have a continuous improvement mindset)</p></li><li><p>seek historical/political knowledge &amp; get comfortable talking about group identities</p></li></ul>]]></description>
