Provide insights and guidance to 20 - 25 students for their academic pathways via one-on-one briefing consult sections.
Complete visa guidelines process (Thai, SG, Japan, Malay, Switzerland, Philippines) .
Completes University Fact Sheet to reference for consultants.
Implements B2B Project with MCom.
Provide November Monthly Consultation Section.
Provide University Admission assistance to 5 - 10 candidates.
Creates telegram group with over 370 potential clients to consult with YIM BD team.
Handling day-to-day BD operations (Eg., Academic Sales call, Follow-up calls, reply page inquiries and prompt response via Higher Edu mail, arrange meeting schedules with internal consult team, promote YIM services through email channel, etc. )

What we have done recently and we r planning

We have filled for speaker info, dates and M&E framework for workshops and webinars. But need to adjust M&E framework acc to guidance and instructions.

Additionally, we r thinking to have a panel discussion representing entrepreneurship week,and plan to invite three speakers from food, textile and tech industry. Details are yet to discuss. ✨✨✨

We had applied one project last week and now we are planning for D4D, collab with thapyay foundation. Collect youth organizations around Myanmar. And also our research team member searched about what kind of grant can we apply.

We are planning post some developed enterprises which are helping local people socially on Sunday.Also trying to figure out which page we gonna publish posts in the future(we still don’t know whether we should continue posting on SEI or not).

Marketing and Communications Team Update

Guest speakers for the year-end campaign have been successfully invited.
A meeting was held with the video editor to discuss the details of the campaign video.
We are currently awaiting the Young Leaders’ video for inclusion in the campaign materials.

Visa guidelines
Insights on 2025 trends
Research and brainstorming are ongoing for video marketing strategies.
The second option for the content calendar has been prepared.
