I hope to learn about special needs that I am uneducated about, and more about what I have previously been exposed to. To be successful in this class, I plan on staying on top of my assignments, and try to absorb all the information I can. When I picture myself as a future teacher, I see someone that is there for every single student, and my expectations for myself are to know how I can best be there for every student no matter what. I will always have the best intention in teaching, but that's not always enough. I think part of me as a student will reflect on me as a teacher, but there are parts of myself as a student I dislike and I hope to do better in my career, such as procrastination. I think I have a lot of fear and apprehension about my future and becoming a teacher and I think I will struggle with feeling overwhelmed or anxious.
