When apologising, people are required to reflect on their own actions and mistakes. Most people think that apologising means that admitting their mistake and don’t want to be the first one who yields. They often try to find a way to make up to people who were harmed by their actions. As someone with a high ego, I personally despise apologising. The feeling of being wrong is truly gut wrenching when I’m so confident in my behaviours. But maybe apologising is a part of personal growth. Being able to change your attitude after this practical mistake helps you improve in your friendliness.

People often feel bad when they need to apologise because it means admit they were wrong, which can feel like a personal failure. It hurts our pride.Yes,I have apologised for my wrong actions.Looking back,I wasn't always completely sincere at first.Sometimes I just wanted to end the conflict. But now,I learned that a real apology must come from ture understanding and regret for the other person’s feelings.

In my opinion, people feel bad when they need to apologise because of understanding and accepting responsibility of their actions is to leave their comfort zone. It is hard and vulnerable. Actually, people would always defend their actions as accidental instead of make sincere apologies to others.

I have also tried to apologise for the wrong actions I had performed. When I was small, I always loose the temper to my parents when the call me to study the test or exam. But, I would apologise to them after it every time. Now looking back, I know that 90% of my apology was not sincere. It’s Just surrender to them temporarily.

People feel bad about apologising because they need to be brave enough to admit their faults and accept the judgment from others. They may feel embarrassed and uncomfortable when doing so. Therefore, they might defend their mistakes or make excuses for themselves. It turns out that apologising is not easy to do.

I have experience apologizing to others. I remember there was a time I felt impatient with my parents and ignored everything they said, which made them sad. Even though they didn't ask me to say sorry, I still chose to admit my mistake to them-simply because I value my relationship with my family.

I heard my friend searching for a bottle in the classroom, but he didn't dare to say anything. A simple "I'm sorry, I accidentally broke your bottle.
I've noticed that people often feel reluctant to apologize because they instinctively defend their actions. For example, have a cake in my fridge that I didn’t realize my sister had bought. I ate it, and afterward, she was very angry. I intended to apologize to her, but I struggle to apologize for my mistakes because genuine apology requires courage. 6f08

It is hard to apologise to others. Even though they know an apology is the right thing to say to express regret and repair their friendship, they still don’t want to do it. It turns out that people may feel embarrassed when they take responsibility and face their mistakes. So coming forward to apologise is a terrible struggle for us. Unlike other countries like the UK, the USA and Canada, which always teach people how to express their feelings, Asian countries are more introverted. That is why people tend to defend themselves.

6F05 In my opinion, the people excessive self-esteem．They don’t want admit mistakes．From classic apologise to evasive excuses.Or they never learned how to apologise .They don’t truly know how to apologies. Many Hong Kong parents have only one child ,so the children Will be spoiled．They become rude or mean because they don’t understand other people’s feelings. If they do badly , they may shirking responsibility others instead of learning from mistakes
