         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>First Amendment: Prohibits any law respecting an establishment of religion of prohibiting the free exercise thereof: Protects Freedom of Speech and Press, guarantees to right peaceably assemble and to petition the government for redress of grievances.</li><li>Fourth amendment: Prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures of “persons, houses, papers, and effects” requires probable cause for warrants, which must specify place to be searched and person or things to be seized.</li><li>In the Constitution, Article V talks about the amendment process. It informs you on how the amendments have to be proposed by two-thirds vote of both houses of congress or two-thirds of the state legislatures </li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li> One of the proposals to fix the constitution was to stop Electoral College voting and just use the popular vote. In the article it talks about how the Electoral College voting system could cause a mistake with the voting results for presidency in the future. However, the law professor, Amar, says that even if the Constitution removes Electoral votes and just use the direct votes, there wouldn’t be much of a change within the system. </li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
