The first lesson we had in Estonia was English. It was very interesting because in our school we have to write a lot. In the Estonian English lesson we only had to talk and play games. It was very nice to experience something different. After that we had a ten minute break. In Germany we only have a twenty minute break after two school hours (each school hour is 45 minutes long so after every 90 minutes we have a break) and we have a lunch break that goes from 13:10 to 14:10. The next lesson we visited was chemistry we learned something about the pH value and more.

At 11 am we had lunch, it was very delicious. After a little snack we had a music class. We sang German and Estonian songs together and showed each other some popular songs from our country. We showed them the song "Bye Bye" (by cro) and then some Eurovision songs like Satelite (by lena).

After that we had a lunch break and ate some food in the school canteen. Next we had to work on a project where we talked about jobs and our expectations for the future.

We could not finish it completely because we had to drive to another school that students attend after graduation. It was the vocational centre "EWERS". It was very interesting because we learned something about computers and the Estonian school system. Now we know what Estonian students can do after they completed their education on a public school.

After that we had technology with the eighth grade.

Later we had a snack in the school cafeteria that we all really enjoyed because it was very tasty. After that we drove to Tartu by bus. Tartu is the second biggest city in Estonia. We were at the Oecologicum which is a science institute. The two scientists showed us the different rooms and some insects. It was very interesting to see how a scientist works. Next, we walked to a shopping centre to eat something if we wanted. In the end of our trip we went to the "Ahhaa" light city exhibition. We had a great time there even though I am not very interested in science. ;)
