I be in charge of a important proyect related of accounts receivable departemen but I work in accoutns payable one colleague is dealing with the decision of my manager.

QRK Team

Failures in the process

I'm responsible for finding the root couse of the failures in the prodution process, I work with several areas and one of them is production. I have one case in following, in my investigation I found one principal factor that make this failure in the car, the personal is not doing the correct process to mounting the pieces, maybe they aren't specialize in that job.
