Accepting people with different personalities is definitely something that is very important. This is because when it comes to a group, the members consist of people with different personalities, mentalities, beliefs, cultures, etc. Therefore, accepting everyone as the way they are while giving them equal importance is prior if a group would like to function as a community of practice.
