Tolerance : Giving others a chance to redeem themselves from their mistakes and open to other's opinions.

Teamwork : Helping each other do the task given to lighten each other's burden.

Punctuality : Everyone must work hard to finish the given work by the given due date and be able to attend group meetings by the given time.

Mutual understanding : Agreeing on something as a group to achieve the best results and outcome for the benefit of the team.

Contribution : Everyone must give something or do the work and not just be a spectator.
