         <description><![CDATA[<div>A. The central idea of the book is stories of world war 1 , it tells a lot of different stories about of troops, the battles they fight and the weapons they use in battles.<br>B. 1. It says in this chapter in page (28) about that troops were missing their families in the Christmas eve." So imagine the feelings of men exhausted from four months of heavy fighting homesick, missing their wives and children, and spending Christmas eve in muddy trenches." 2. In another chapter on page (52) it talks about the Dreadnought ship. " HMS Dreadnought overshadowed every other warship afloat. 3. In this chapter on page (87) it talked about trench war fair and how horrible it was." Rats gnawed at their dead companions, they were perpetually plagued with lice. 4.  in this chapter it talk about the woman in the war and how they helped in the war. On page (101) " huge numbers of women came forward to volunteer to work as nurses and ambulance dives and to set up soup kitchens. 5 in this chapter on page (8) they talk about how many young men died in the war. " in France, half of all men aged between 20 and 35 were killed or badly wounded."<br> </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A. 1. Trenches , 2. gestures , 3. fleets ,                               4. Humiliation. , 5. Circumstances.<br>B. 1. Trenches ,Trench warfare is a type of land warfare using occupied fighting lines consisting largely of military trenches, in which troops are well-protected from the enemy's small arms fire and are substantially sheltered from artillery. 2. Gestures , A gesture is a form of non-verbal communication or non-vocal communication in which visible bodily actions communicate particular messages, either in place of, or in conjunction with, speech. Gestures include movement of the hands, face, or other parts of the body. 3 Fleets A fleet or naval flleet is a large formation of warships, which is controlled by one leader and the largest formation in any navy. A fleet at sea is the direct equivalent of an army on land. 4.  Humiliation is the abasement of pride, which creates mortification or leads to a state of being humbled or reduced to lowliness or submission. It is an emotion felt by a person whose social status, either by force or willingly, has just decreased. 5. Circumstances a fact or condition connected with or relevant to an event or action.<br>C. 1. Because troops were staying long time in trenches they could get many diesies.<br>2.The room was filled with angry people shouting and gesturing.<br>3.He never allowed his fleets to go to sea to seek battle. <br>4.          <description><![CDATA[<div>A.  First think what i knew about this book is that it would be sad bacause so many people die. Second think i knew about this book that I knew was America were fighting ageinst Germany. And third thik what i knew about this were who won the WW1.  Everyone won, but Germany.<br>B.  First think what I learned about this book how bad were live in trenches. Second thing what I learned about this book is zeppelins, they are huge airships that Germany used in the WW1. Third thing that I learned from this book is about Queen Mary and how it sank. Forth thing what I learned is about how they let fight so many young kids to fight even if they didnt pass medical test. And fifth thing what I learned about this book is about all the fake news  stories  that were told about the war because they didnt have video cameras.<br>C. 1.
