If the number is 5 then you have to round up. For example If the number is 64 then you have to round down because you look at the units and you see if it rounds down or up and if it rounds up it is 5and above and if it rounds down it is 5 and bellow. So the answer will be 50. Another example is 29 this you will round up because&nbsp;9   Will be the number you are looking at.
