Having space to do what I have to do is always appreciated

Encouragement is a plus for me. 

Asking questions is sometimes difficult, therefore, making sure that I understand the task makes it easier for me to do a good job.

I prefer meetings before lunch.

I am most effective with projects when I can time-block and deep dive into something. (I am easily distracted by tasks that I can quickly check-off which prevents me from diving deep if I don't time-block.)
