Having a relationship with God is so fulfilling. He cares about me, loves me and understands me more than anybody could. True love is not just about the feelings, but it's about the part where you are willing to give anything and everything to Christ Jesus. Love requires sacrifice. Being a Christian, is not just being a person who likes the positive and encouraging messages found in the Bible, or praying everyday. Being a Christian, means that you love the entire Bible, however, not to the point where you love it more than Christ, and want to do all that it says. A Christian is someone who prays to God not to be praised by man, but to have a conversation with Him. Not a one way conversation where you are speaking all that you want to Him, but not taking the time to listen to Him. Being a Christian means to be willing to sacrifice everything and anything to God, out of love and fear of Him. Fearing Him means to highly respect and honor Him to the point where you don't want to displease Him. You want to do all He asks because you want to know Him more, you want to love Him more, you want to please Him. Being a TRUE Christian is everything to me. If it weren't for God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit, I wouldn't be in existence. I wouldn't be able to survive life. I wouldn't have had the opportunity to be a part of this love, that only a person can have with God.
