         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Threats<br></strong><br></div><div>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Constantly new sushi restaurants are opening around the Netherlands, adding more and more competition</div><div>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;They are not on thuisbezorgd.nl for takeout. It is a very popular site and mo-jo lose potential customers.</div><div>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Does not show up in first page when googling “Sushi Amsterdam” as well as a few of the big restaurant advise pages.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Opportunities<br></strong><br></div><div>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Growing culture for sushi, also has very competitive pricing compared to other similar all-you-can-eat restaurants like SUMO.</div><div>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Due to its location close to the Amsterdam Central Station it is quite likely to have a lot of tourist and local people passing by and being intrigued.&nbsp;</div><div>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Articles are coming out with information that a lot of take away (drive to you) sushi in the Netherlands does not meet hygiene standards. This may result in more people going to a restaurant to eat instead.&nbsp;</div><div>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;They can also benefit from the articles by making sure they have a high hygiene score and to publish that online compared to other local sushi restaurants.</div><div>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;They cater to event planning of up to 60 people, making a possible go to place if advertised to local businesses. They can have company events, meetings and other such events.</div>]]></description>
