As soon as i get home from lectures, i change into pjs, fill up my water bottle, grab a snack and watch a comfort show for half an hour. This allows me to rest whilst still being able to complete other tasks throughout the day after this! Put yourself first (from a mental health nurse)

Peaceful day with no internet

I wake up early around 6ish and drink some hot water, and get straight into any work. This allows me to finsh quite early. Then I'll reply to any messages and leave my phone in a drawer. If I do really need it, I will lay it, on a table and make sure I turn my notifications off and my ringtone on. For me, that's when the day starts because I'm away from my phone and I get to focus on myself. I'll usually play some music and just dance it out, for an hour. Then I'll take a shower, maybe get dressed up and meet with a friend. We'll usually go on walk together and get some fresh air. So my Self-care tip, is to spend time away from the internet and interact with people, you don't have spend money or go anywhere fancy, just a simple walk outside, even if it's by yourself, it is very peaceful for mind.
