my involvement in Kathak, an after-school activity, is a stressor. My stress is a mix of positive and negative; it can sometimes be productive. On the other hand, there are moments when worrying too much has a detrimental effect on me. My stomach may start hurting or feeling weird. I would rate this stress a 4/10, 10 being the most.

a stressor in my life is school. Specifically tests and studying. I feel like I need breaks continuously, but I don't have the time to take breaks either. I never feel satisfied with myself and I feel I have the need of getting even better then I already am. The type of stress I experience from this is mostly negative stress. Sometimes, if I get really bad grades, my stress becomes positive stress, eustress. It helps me improve drastically. I would rate this stress a 9.5/10, 10 being the most.

a stressor present in my life is an after-school activity, violin private lessons. This stress really impacts me, since there are orchestra classes in school, I have pressure to do more well than average since I take lessons. This is mostly a negative stress and can be a little eustress, since it helps me move on and move more quicker. I would rate this stress a 6/10, 10 being the most.

This stressor is eustress, since I genuinely enjoy singing and want to pursue it, this stress motivates me instead of impacting me negatively.

my family, a stressor I have in my life. I love my family and they mean everything to me, but sometimes I can see that they put pressure, as there's always going to be. But that stress is mostly positive, which pushes me to go further and get better, unlike some of the times where I genuinely feel stressed and feel the need to think negatively of myself. Overall, this stress is somewhat negative and positive or eustress. I would rate this stress a 4.3/10, 10 being the most.

in my community, there are many resources for coping with stress and finding the right help. For instance, if you feel a friend or a loved one of yours is battling depression or is attempting to killing themselves, call 988 for the suicide hotline for help. This is very serious, asking them for permission is not always the right decision, as they're most likely to say no. If you don't stop them or seek help, they'll have passed and that's a very painful outcome.

Most of my friends are genuine and very kind, they're very close, however, a few friends of mine constantly cause drama and unnecessary arguments that solely lead to self deprecation.
