I think being a friend means having their back, helping them, and getting annoyed at them sometimes. You have to be able to get into a fight, and then get out of it by hugging each other, and being better friends than before. When you have a good friend, it means that if you tell them something, they’ll be happy for you, even if it affects your friendship. It means that they don’t care if you mess up.
I put this quote on because it is really true, especially for me. I moved to teaneck in 2nd grade and I had to leave my best friend of all time. Even though we don’t see each other often enough we’re still better friends than ever. Also now, in quarantine, none of us see each other, but we’re still there for each other. We’re still looking out for each other, maybe even more than before. We’re still all best friends.
