No one in particular brought people in because everyone had ideas from there partners.

although Oscar was the leader, he seemed to be talking more than anyone else.

Yes

What else did you observe?

they first bounced ideas off each other in parters. Because they talked to there partner first, there ideas were concluded and well organised.

Oscar and Charlie brings other people in.

Oscar talks a bit too much.

Lee used his trumps wisely.

I saw that they talk one by one and explain their ideas clearly.

Does anybody talk too much? Maybe the conversation between Oscar and Charlie was a little bit to long.

What else did you observe? They all buddied up before sharing their opinions. They did not really come to a final answer; they just acknowledged each other's opinions.
