         <title>The Sticky Situation</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This dish is sticky because&nbsp; of the rice used. The type of rice is called Sweet Rice. This particular type of rice has a large amount of sugar. Sugar and water like each other, so when you pour the rice in the water and leave the rice there, the rice soaks up the water, but the rice isn't sticky yet. So think of it like unsweet tea, water and the tea together isn't sticky. After the rice is almost see-through then you can drain the extra water. Once the water is drained, then put the water in the steamer. This steam, mixed with the Sweet Rice makes it sticky.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
