To begin with, fabric in large bolts are received and usually stored in the factory’s warehouse.

After receiving, fabric relaxing is performed either manually mechanically so as fabric can relax or contract. Meanwhile fabric quality assure by manual spot-checking. If fabric has defects, it will be return to the manufacturer.

Thirdly, fabric is cut into uniform piles and then it is spread. Next, fabric is cut according to the garment forms which are laid on plies. Fabric is embroidered and screen printed. Both embroidery and screen printing are determined by customer.

And do u know what do the sewing machine operators do in assembling step? This is sewing machine operators receive the cut fabric and repeatedly. After that, spots on fabric are often marked with stickers and taken to spot-cleaning area. Then, garments are transfer to ironing section for final pressing.

At the final stage, garments are folded, tagged, sized, packaged protective plastic bags. Lastly, the final products are placed cardboard boxed and shipped to client distribution centers and sold in retail stores.

So, its all about steps of a garment manufacturing process in a garment factory.

Firstly, trace on and mark the lines. Place the front right side of the fabric facing up. Trace and mark the lines on the front right side of the fabric, including the extension and facing lines, as shown in the first image.

Next, turn and fold. Turn the extension and facing towards the front right side, as indicated in the second image.

The last is machine stitch. Machine stitch the facing to the front wrong side of the fabric, following the illustration in the third image.

THE UNDER PART

The first, trace and Mark All Lines. Place the fabric with the front right side facing up. Trace and mark all the lines as indicated in the first image.

Turn and Align: Fold the fabric along the marked lines, turning it towards the same direction as shown in the second image. Machine Stitch: With the fabric now turned, machine stitch along the indicated lines as shown in the third image.

Jeans: The retailer wants their jeans to be hand-folded and placed in cardboard boxes. They would also like hangtags to be included with each pair of jeans. Each box should contain 30 pairs of jeans.

Dresses: The retailer requests that their dresses be placed in floor-length plastic garment bags and hung on fabric hangers.

T-shirts: The retailer prefers their t-shirts to be hand-folded and placed in individual plastic garment bags. They would also like to have tissue paper included in each bag. Each bag should contain 2 t-shirts.

Coats: The retailer wants their coats to be machine-folded and placed in individual rayon bags. They would also like straight pins to be used to secure the folds and hangtags to be included with each coat.

We refer to order No 176 for shirts which has now been deliver. We have examined the shipment  carefully and to our great disappointment , find that they are not of the quality we ordered

The shirts, do not match the samples you sent  ns  The quality of some of them is so   poor  that we feel that a mistake has been made in manufacture  process. Several shirts within the shipment were missing buttons. There are visible skipped stitches in various areas of the shirts.

The goods do not match the requirements of our company. We have, therefore, no choice but to ask you to take the goods back and replace them with new ones of the quality we ordered. And we must insist that you compensate for the shipping cost.

Please let me know if you can replace the item, so we can arrange the delivery time.

Thank you for your email of 17th September referring to the consignment of 500 dozen silk blouses sent to you per SS Blue Seas. We regret to note your complaint.

We have investigated the matter thoroughly. As far as we can ascertain, the goods were dispatched in good conditions. The attached documents are evidence for this.

It is obvious that the damage you complain of must have taken place during transit. It follows, therefore, that we cannot be held responsibility for the damage.

We therefore advise you to contact shipment company, which should be held responsibility.

We are grateful that you have brought the matter to our attention. If you wish, we would be happy to take issue with the shipping company on your behalf.

To deliver the presentation effective you should prepare slide use more of visual aids, contents focus on the topic and the speaker makes eye contact and body language.

Follow these step, your presentation will be more effective and attractive.

Today I'm going to share the steps in my presentation to make it perfect.

First, clearly state your topic and the purpose of your presentation.

Second, a good presentation should be short and focused on the topic.

Presenters must use confident gestures and must use short and simple words.

Focus on getting your message across and using positive body language.

Next, a good presentation must be planned.

The speaker should then encourage more questions from the audience. Finally, summarize the presentation at the end.

I hope my above steps will help everyone in the presentation.
