The podcasts talk about open-mindedness. Donald Hambrick in 1987 defined open-mindedness as an important feature of effective participation in management teams in other groups. The other side is mental closure, lack of which is defined as unwillingness to adopt new ideas. We can call this thing or liken this thing to a brain battle between Mental openness and mental morality Do we consider ourselves open? Or are they closed? In fact, we are open when we are not under time pressure. In other words, we are open when we think we make major decisions when we decide to read, discuss meetings, or important topics and healthy living. Investing 15 minutes of our time each day to read happens when people give an unlimited number of reasons on their part. They may also argue about the benefits of keeping fit and in a form they may force you to do everything and good habits about reading and how good it is for our mental health if adopted. We originally had many counter-intuitive arguments stored in our memory, but we are not inclined to that when they first ask what we should. Should we do it though we are open or can't think of our curiosity at the time of hearing? In fact, listening to others gives space to obtain memories of the past or to think, not for words, but for attitudes and feelings. More importantly, another thing is the ability to treat likewise. What is the intention? I mean, to be heard, heard and challenged through more verification of their capabilities. How is this done? This is done by capturing our thoughts through a machine that reveals the consequences and motives that generate that capacity for challenge. We must also have what Daniel Goldman mentioned in writing about emotional intelligence, which is self-awareness. We know that anger flares, but we try to control our behavior, so there are no hijackings. Surprise it is easy to say that open minded but? When we wait for the practices that we need, you have perseverance to build our capabilities, and in the end, we say that reason and openness have a lot of work that does not stop, and we have graves that do not achieve these goals.
