Field study 2 was quite an amazing experience of mine, I myself didn't expect to experience it because I was about to lose hope when the pandemic arouse. As we all know it was never been easy to learn and teach in such a way that education still continues through the utilization of technology. However, we are too strong and determined enough to fight for the pandemic and without hesitation, everything goes back to normal.

Learning and Teaching at the same time brought me this experience. Field study had really change my perspective in terms of the field of education. I was deployed at Ampayon National High School during our first deployment I was filled with excitement and nervousness at the same time since it was my first time being deployed in a school vicinity where I will. be experiencing assisting our resource teacher and of course the students. A classroom setting was really a diverse one well apparently It was a challenge for us because we will be encountering students with different aspects of life. Despite being different, we are able to adjust, adapt and embrace it, in fact, it's been a wonderful journey to teach at the same time learn from it.

It is I Ailyn Arengo Ratilla, 22 years old, I was born on February 10, 2000. I am residing at Mindulao, Magsaysay, MIsamis Oriental. The daughter of Alberto C. Ratilla and Jocelyn A. Ratilla. We are a big family consisting of 9 siblings, 6 girls and 3 boys and I am the 4th child among my siblings. My family is everything to me I am not that loving daughter but I respect them so much. Everything that I do is dedicated to them all at once.

I studied at Caraga State University-main campus, Taking up a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Science. As of the moment, I am currently a 4thyear student let us say graduating, hopefully. 
 
I love to read books, I prefer reading physical books rather than e-books. I do love watching anime and my favorite character in anime is Monkey D. Luffy the main character of One piece, the pirate king, the son of Monkey D. Dragon the head of the revolutionary army. Sleeping, eating, and going out specifically unwinding by the sea have become part of my stress reliever and escape. I am hoping that someday I’ll earn a lot of money to have my own pets, particularly dogs, birds, and fish I do love to have them in the near future.

I believed that teachers were solely in charge of explaining concepts and making sure every student understood the course, and that they would only facilitate conversations on particular subjects.

On the other hand, learners are only obligated to pay attention to what their lecturers are saying. I also thought that for students to focus and take initiative, they needed to learn individually.

Last but not least, I thought that in the classroom, teachers would just work to raise their pupils' emotional and intellectual capacities, but after performing my field study, I learned a different tale.

I've now discovered that teachers play more than just a talking role. Giving lessons to students is only one aspect of teaching; another is providing them with directions on how to carry out tasks and projects that will enhance their skills and knowledge.

As learners and teachers, teaching and learning are crucial components in influencing one another's lives. I've also come to the realization and conclusion that the instructor should really encourage students to work cooperatively with their peers while leading and supporting them to meet academic objectives.

As I was observing particularly the students and to their teachers, the student's approach and treatment to them is somehow unpleasant. And as a future educator, I was alarmed by it because their teachers just ignore their poor approach towards them. If I were the teacher I will not tolerate it. I will set boundaries for my students so that they will be guided in their actions. I would not tolerate them with that kind of behavior doing TikTok during class hours, letting their teacher or adviser do the cleaning of their classroom, not respecting them, and treating teachers as one their peers like a normal friend to them.

As a teacher, it is necessary for the students to learn not just to excel academically but also by always apply and promoting good values such as GMRC towards their surroundings. A classroom is the student's and teachers' second home, they spent their weekdays at school, and they spent more time at school instead of their original home. Teachers and students should be equipped with a good and healthy relationship in the classroom setting because at the end of the day it will be remembered and a legacy to be treasured.

This experience of mine taught me a lot about enhancing and improving the necessities that an educator must embody and be equipped in this field.  I've learned a lot from it, particularly because I was able to experience learnings that probably helped me of who I am today as a future educator. All of the learnings that I learned from this immersion are indeed applicable to my future students by God’s grace.
