1.) Wunderlist is one of the many business apps that are used today. It's a to-do list app that is highly efficient when creating a list for tasks to be completed, set reminders and due dates for yourself and or the group.
2.)In business this app will be useful because if there is a project due the manager or head of the project can use this app to post what task needs to be done and set the due dates, but also employees can leave comments and notes about said project or task.
3.)The other great features is the fact that everything created in the app can be share with any and everyone who has an account (which is free). Also this app can be used on all devices, phones, computers, tablets, etc. Which makes sharing even more easy and reliable.

On Trello, everyone has their name and picture on whichever "list" they've assigned themselves to. This ensures that all employees/team members are familiar with who is who instead of trying to guess which name goes with which face.
