         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>After completing your BSN degree or ADN degree, you need apply for your nursing license. You will need to appear for and clear the National Council Licensure Examination for Nurses examination (NCLEX-RN). Clearing this examination will help you to become a Registered Nurse (RN), which is a pre-requisite to follow PACU nurse career.</li><li>You can opt for specific certifications in order to pursue a career of Perianesthesia Nurse or Post Anesthesia Nurse. The two most important certifications include Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) and Certified Ambulatory Perianesthesia Nurse (CAPA).</li><li>On the job experience is an option at some hospitals and facilities.</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The student nurse and PACU RN would typically interact in regards to the patients reaction to the anesthesia. The two would exchange information about the surgery and how the patients is responding to the surgery. These two might also interact if there were any complication or additional measures were needed to be implemented into the care plan. </div>]]></description>
