The trait of questioner that I believe is most applicable to me (especially in groups) is decision making. I can come up with a million ideas, but I struggle to commit to one. I tend to overthink of alternate possibilities to my choices (meaning what would have happened if I chose X over Y.)

I will throw out ideas, and I will talk to fill silence but I don't see me talking over people being an issue. In groups I tend to get the ball rolling and initiate ideas rather than being the main decision maker.

In past group projects I have done most of the work just because others weren't putting in the same effort as me, but I am always open to trying new ideas so I cooperate well with others. I would say I can take on a leadership role if needed, but I don't prefer it.

I will only do something if it makes sense! I am a firm believer in not wasting time (mine or anyone else's) meaning if something doesn't make sense or is unnecessary to the process I really don't want to do it.

Besides that I am pretty quiet until I am comfortable with people. I prefer light hearted joking conversations, or creative /growth revolved conversations ( how to improve something etc.)

Getting Work Done

I think the most important thing for a group to get work done is establishing a plan. Whether this is a time line, or just dedicating tasks to certain people.

Getting Along

I think honesty, understanding, and humor help a group get along. I think it's important to share thoughts on the spot rather than keeping it in, and understanding why someone thinks differently rather than being closed off to learning why.

Communication

I am pretty good at getting back to people right away if I am on my phone. I respond usually within 5-10 minutes of seeing it unless it's something I need to think about.

Early Bird or Night Owl

Depends on the day. I usually run out of energy around 7 pm, but I am able to function throughout the day if I have a plan. I prefer getting work done early so I don't have to worry about it at the end of the day.

Things I Struggle With

Speaking up if I disagree about something. I just am afraid to start conflict with someone if it's over an idea or belief (unless it's a topic I really care about). I also don't want to accidentally put someone else down.
Focusing/Staying on Topic. If I don't have an established plan or structure I get carried away in conversation or some other activity, which effects my productivity.

I need a precise plan so I can stay on track, and designated time to work on something. Everyone has stuff going on, so I think consistency will help us work well together. Additionally I need honesty whether or not someone likes or dislikes an idea, or if they believe there is something that can be done better or in a more efficient way.

I think everyone should be held accountable for their work, and the time and effort put into assignments. Not that it's a bad thing if you aren't always available to help but just so not one person is doing a groups worth of work.

Important thing #2 Communication

I think this applies to whether or not people are available to meet or fulfill part of the project. Most importantly I think we should all feel open to sharing thoughts and opinions both positive and negative. It's important to find something that works for everyone.

Important thing #3 Understanding

Not everyone has the same availability or work threshold, so if something doesn't get done right away we should help out the person rather than getting annoyed. This is something I still am working on, but I think offering grace in group settings is important.

It's nice that you're seemingly very open to change, I'm sure there will be a situation in which we need to adapt and do things in an unorthodox manner this semester and that attitude will certainly benefit us!
