I don't think it matters. If you work at a really good company, they are going to ensure that the job site is properly ventilated and most factors that could lead to exposure are limited.

I believe, any safety standard that can be made to a stricter requirement, needs/should be looked at. Safety will always be my personal number one priority on any jobsite I manage, therefore, less exposer to any hazardous material will always be beneficial to ones' health and safety in the long run.
