In our teaching matrix, teachers and students discuss and practice what each of the core values looks like in each location. In our classroom support model, each classroom has a bucket and mini certificates. When a child (or other staff member) embodies our values, we recognize the person and name the value and behavior! Then, the certificate goes into the class bucket. For the FIRST WEEK, adults on campus will be recognizing students and staff who are REPing Lazear (displaying respect, empathy, and perseverance).
