As I read the information on https://formswift.com/static-state/release-of-liability website about ToS agreements, I realize that most people don’t understand what they are agreeing or disagreeing to.  I like how clear and concise they explain it.  It’s very interesting how good ToS agreements define the terminology (they assume you don’t know), each state requires different items that should be included, in the article it is suggested that items that are not allowed should be included instead of what is allowed.  Form Swift suggest keeping the ToS short and simple covering main or most important facts so that there are no infringement rights abused.  

According to Quizlet (https://quizlet.com/subject/terms-of-service/) the World Trade Organization (WTO) has 159-member countries.  “They are designed to monitor and enforce trade agreements, can decide trade disputes, encompasses areas like service and intellectual property rights.  Also, agreements are based on the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), helps reduce worldwide tariffs and other barriers using rounds or negotiations that resulted in lowering barriers.”  As I read these statements, I realize that because of the vast improvements with the worldwide web, Terms of Service are important to protect yourself and your rights as a creator, provider/or user of the site, item, or information.  Quizlet is a great resource for defining terms and assist with quizzing students, no matter what age.

 So many infringement rights cases are filed daily.  One of the most notable cases is AOL.  According to

Comment: The fact that they can take a contract and explain it in the simplest of terms, is amazing.  They ensure that the consumer is able to understand the agreement. As Pinterest states "More simply put....."!

As I fully read Pinterest Terms of Service Agreement, I realized I didn’t know what I was agreeing to when I clicked agree.  You do need fully read these agreements.  Pinterest fully spelled what to expect from them in a disagreement between you (the customer or user of their site) and Pinterest (provider of information or links to goods or services).  They even used a little humor when talking about where you would have to file you complaint for Arbitration.  Please read these agreements, they a form of contract.
